How Does Big RED Work?

Real estate deals have historically been created through hard work -- scanning public records or newspaper ads for For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties, distress sales, or foreclosures. Using Big RED and a third party data source (such as the MLS or FSBO lead list), these prospects can be contacted efficiently using a series of targeted mailings. For properties obtained through the MLS, offers can be automated and faxed directly to listing agents.

What Kind of Letters and Faxes Can Be Sent?

Anything you want. Big RED comes with a series of letters for property owners in several different situations -- FSBO's, foreclosures, etc -- that you can use as they are, or modify to suit your needs. Or, create your own unique letters from scratch.

How Easy to Use is Big RED?

Once you've created or modified the letters you want to use, it's a simple matter of importing selected contacts from any available third-party source (MLS or a subscription service) and then start the Mail Wizard or Fax Wizard. Big RED walks you through each step, generating hundreds of letters or faxes in just a few minutes. You're limited only by the speed of your printer or fax connection.

What if I Don't Have Access to the MLS?

While the Multi-List System is a great source of targeted properties, there are hundreds of other services available that are free or available at a nominal cost. Public records can be obtained in a file format that is easily imported into Big RED, plus other services offer pre-foreclosure properties, FSBO's, and more. Any of these can be selected based upon your individual needs.
