Events #1 -- Adding a Group Event
Activities, such as sending a letter or fax, can be scheduled days, weeks, and months in advance through Big RED's events.
Events can be scheduled for a group of contacts or by individual contact. This is a group example.
1. Select the Group for which the event will be scheduled. Once the group is selected, all pending events and the event history for the group is displayed.
2. Click Add New to create a new event for the group. Even though scheduled for the entire group, Big RED allows individual selection of contacts when the actual event is executed.
