Importing Contacts #2 -- Selecting a Template
Big RED uses templates to tell it which fields of the file being imported go where. Once a template is created, it can be saved and re-used when importing from the same data source in the future. Initially, there aren't any templates present, so they will have to be created.
1. Select the Import Template — In this case, we choose Create New Template.
2. Click the Next button to move to the next wizard screen where the template is created.
