USB Bar Code Scanner
Plugs in to any available USB port on your computer and allows you to scan bar codes on envelopes printed by Big RED that are returned by the post office as undeliverable.
If you use Big RED for large mailings, this add-on will save you hours of work each month processing returned mail.

Windows 7/Vista Alert
Big RED Advantage includes the ability to send faxed offers to real estate agents via the Windows Fax Console, which is built in to Windows XP.
Unfortunately, with the release of Windows Vista, Microsoft has elected to limit built-in faxing capabilities. Users who are using computers running Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Enterprise, Windows Vista Ultimate, and most versions of Windows 7 can still use this feature to send faxes via Big RED. If you are using lesser versions of Windows Vista as your operating system, the faxing of offers from Big RED will not be possible.
During the development of Big RED, we explored possible third-party solutions to this issue. Unfortunately, the only suitable product that would enable faxing under Windows Vista was more than twice the cost of upgrading a system from one of the lesser versions of Windows that do not include faxing capability.
If faxing capability using Big RED is important to you, we recommend either Windows XP, Windows Vista Business, or Windows 7 as a minimum operating system.
